- All orders will ship standard USPS-Ground. If you would like to expedite your shipping, please indicate this when you place the order. You should receive your order within 4-7 business days of your purchase provided all items are in stock.

This information is necessary to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. We personalize your shopping experience by using your purchases to shape our recommendations about other merchandise that might be of interest to you. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site. Dirt Projekt Inc. does not sell or share its customer information in any way including your email address. We value our relationship with our customers and respect our customer’s privacy.

- At Dirt Projekt Inc., we aspire to provide our customers with the best possible return service. If for any reason you are not truly satisfied with our products, please return the item(s) to the original point of purchase for a replacement, exchange or a refund.
Return & Replacement instructions for U.S. customers that purchased directly from circusfashion.com:
If there are any discrepancies with your order or you want to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
1. Include a note with your name, return address and day time phone number. List what you are sending back, the reason for the return and indicate if you would like the item replaced, repaired or refunded). Return Authorization numbers are not required for web orders.

3. Turn around time for exchanges/replacements is 2-3 weeks if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued as soon as your package arrives in our facility.
To help ensure the package has arrived at our facility, Dirt Projekt encourages you to return your items using a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail (delivery confirmation). Dirt Projekt will not be responsible for packages lost in transit to our facility and will only assume responsibility once it is signed for by our Receiving Department.
4. Payment Processing and Options
Dirt Projekt Inc. accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We cannot accept cash, checks or CODs.
5. Ordering and Shipping Confirmations
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, as well as a copy of your receipt and the successful credit card transaction via email. Your email receipt will also provide you with instructions on how to log back in to check the status of your order. - Updating Account Information
- 1. Creating/Updating your information is easy. Just click on the “My Account” link located at the top of any page. To create an account, click on the Create an Account button. To update your profile, log in and make the changes. You can update your contact information, including email address, password, password hint, and other address information.

- What is the status of my order?
Circus Fashion will email a confirmation of your order, including the tracking number, at time of shipment. Please email sales@circusfashion.com to check on the status of your order if you do not receive an email.
Do you ship to Canada, PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Not at this time.
What happens when I have a back-ordered item?
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock at the time you are placing your order. If the item is currently out of stock, it will be put on back-order and shipped ASAP at no additional charge to you. We will contact you by email in the event that an item is sold out for the season.
Can’t find a product?
All the products that are currently available in our inventory are shown online. If you do not see the product you’re looking for, it is most likely we are sold out for the season and no longer carry it. Please email sales@circusfashion.com and we may be able help you locate a store that still has the item in stock.
Do you have Gift Certificates?
Not at this time, however we will be offering Gift Certificates soon.
